Solon was the 6-3 winner over Brecksville-Broadview Heights when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Comets fell just short of the Bees by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. Solon fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against Brecksville-Broadview Heights since Tuesday.

Solon's loss dropped their record down to 7-5-1. As for Brecksville-Broadview Heights, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3-2 record this season.
