Basketball Recap: Community Christian's Win on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Community Christian barely beat Heartland Christian the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Eagles blew past the Saints 64-43 on Friday. The win was just business as usual for the Eagles, who after three games remain undefeated this season.

Luke Fagan was nothing short of spectacular: he shot 67% from the field on his way to 22 points. That's the most points he has posted since back in November of 2024. Abel Parsley was another key player, going 6-for-13 en route to 18 points.

Community Christian smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 16 offensive boards every time they've taken the court this season.

Community Christian's victory bumped their record up to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Community Christian will face off against Varsity Opponent at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Heartland Christian, they will square off against Anderson HomeSchool at 7:00 p.m. on December 4.
