Baseball Recap: Marion-Franklin Comes Up Short

Marion-Franklin lost against South back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Red Devils lost 17-7 to the Bulldogs.

Marion-Franklin's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for South, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Looking ahead, Marion-Franklin is taking a road trip to challenge Northridge at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Vikings will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Red Devils surely won't give up without a fight. As for South, they will square off against Briggs at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
