Basketball Game Preview: Ridgewood Generals vs. Danville Blue Devils

The Ridgewood Generals will take on the Danville Blue Devils at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Ridgewood saw some tournament action on Saturday. They walked away with a 49-41 win over Tuscarawas Central Catholic. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Generals.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Danville). They snuck past River View with a 66-62 victory on Saturday.

Ridgewood's win bumped their record up to 8-12. As for Danville, their victory bumped their record up to 4-17.

Ridgewood couldn't quite finish off Danville in their previous matchup back in February of 2024 and fell 52-49. Can the Generals avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
