After losing to Palm Harbor University the last time they met, Calvary Christian decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Calvary Christian Warriors' pitcher stepped up to hand the Palm Harbor University Hurricanes a 4-0 shutout on Thursday. The Warriors' victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Palm Harbor University's batters probably weren't too happy with Caden Schlotterbeck, who pitched a no hitter and racked up 16 Ks (he gave up zero walks). The dominant performance gave Schlotterbeck a new career-high in strikeouts.

At the plate, Calvary Christian's win was truly a team effort as eight different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Maddox Bozeman, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2. Jacob Henderson also deserves some recognition as he stolen his first stolen base of the season.

Calvary Christian pushed their record up to 5-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.0 runs over those games. As for Palm Harbor University, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Calvary Christian didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 13-0 win against Northeast on the 21st. As for Palm Harbor University, they will square off against Northside Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
