Centennial waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Golden Valley Grizzlies by a score of 2-0.

Indy Ledford paced Centennial's offense, picking up seven kills. Ledford got some help from Joshua Barrientos and his 16 assists.

Centennial now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Golden Valley, they moved to 4-2 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Coincidentally, Centennial and Golden Valley will both be playing Oaks Christian the next time they take the court. Centennial will host Oaks Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, while Golden Valley will play them later in the day, at 4:30 p.m.
