Richard Montgomery won the last time they faced Churchill and things went their way on Saturday too. The Rockets sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Bulldogs. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Rockets.

Richard Montgomery had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 17-25, 25-20, 15-7.

Among those leading the charge was Ana Djordjevic, who had ten digs and two aces.

Despite the loss, Churchill still got an impressive performance from Charlotte Deraleau, who had 12 assists and eight digs.

Richard Montgomery's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Churchill, they dropped their record down to 3-4 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Richard Montgomery has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Bethesda-Chevy Chase on the 13th. As for Churchill, they will face off against Urbana at 6:45 p.m. on Monday.
