After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Linfield Christian, Aquinas was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Indian Springs COYOTES a 2-0 shutout. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Falcons have posted since August 21st.

Aquinas' win bumped their record up to 5-9. As for Indian Springs, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Aquinas beat the COYOTES by a score of 33-7 later that day.
