Mediapolis waltzed into their contest on Thursday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They blew past the Keokuk Chiefs 5-1. Considering Mediapolis have won ten matches by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Mediapolis pushed their record up to 12-4-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 27 goals over those five games. As for Keokuk, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 1-11-1 record this season.

Mediapolis will take on Winfield-Mt. Union on Wednesday. Winfield-Mt. Union will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Mediapolis surely won't give up without a fight. As for Keokuk, they will square off against Burlington at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
