Flag Football Recap: Berkmar Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against Miller Grove on Wednesday, Berkmar came back down to earth. The Patriots fell 6-0 to the Central Gwinnett Black Knights on Wednesday. If the Patriots were looking for revenge after losing 26-6 to the Black Knights when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Kaitlin Zervos threw for 34 yards on eight of 12 attempts.

Berkmar's defeat dropped their record down to 3-1. As for Central Gwinnett, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Berkmar will face off against Arabia Mountain at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Central Gwinnett, they will hit the road for the first time this season to square off against Lanier at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
