Basketball Recap: Tipton Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Tipton Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 84-30 loss at the hands of the Lakeland Preparatory Lions. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 67-48 back in December of 2024.

Tipton Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Lakeland Preparatory, they pushed their record up to 11-11 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Tipton Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lakeland Preparatory, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 67-48 victory against Trezevant on the 5th.
