Soccer Recap: Geneva Extends Winning Streak to Three

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Geneva). They were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over the Jefferson Area Falcons on Tuesday. It was an even better day for Paxton Galliazzo as he scored four goals for his team.

The victory (which was Geneva's third in a row) raised their record to 3-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 20 goals over those three matchups. As for Jefferson Area, they dropped their record down to 0-4 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Geneva will host Chagrin Falls at 12:15 p.m. on Saturday. As for Jefferson Area, they will be playing at home against Conneaut at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
