Volleyball Recap: Chaparral Comes Up Short

Chaparral was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the Silver Fighting Colts, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Fighting Colts this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Tuesday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-9, 25-13.

Chaparral's loss dropped their record down to 4-18. As for Silver, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Chaparral nor Silver have any future games scheduled.
