Baseball Recap: Austin Comes Up Short

Austin's tournament run continued when they took on San Angelo Central on Saturday. The Austin Maroons lost 11-2 to the San Angelo Central Bobcats. The Maroons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Austin's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for San Angelo Central, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season.

Austin will challenge Round Rock at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for San Angelo Central, they will face off against Burleson at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
