The Lexington Golden Bears took a 7-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wilson Warriors. The Golden Bears have struggled against the Warriors recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meetings.

Jacob Nava was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he tossed six innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits.
