Buford is 10-0 against Central Gwinnett since January of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Buford Wolves will be playing at home against the Central Gwinnett Black Knights at 6:00 p.m. Buford will be looking to extend their current eight-game winning streak.

On Saturday, Buford earned a 52-45 victory over Southwest DeKalb. Given the Wolves' advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 27th, while the Panthers are ranked 87th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Central Gwinnett unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of Discovery by a score of 37-34. The contest marked the Black Knights' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Buford's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-1. As for Central Gwinnett, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-5.

Buford strolled past Central Gwinnett in their previous matchup back in December of 2024 by a score of 57-42. Will Buford repeat their success, or does Central Gwinnett have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
