Softball Recap: Marion Takes a Loss

On Tuesday, the Marion Rams didn't have quite enough to beat the Johnson Eagles and fell 12-11. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Marion's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Johnson, their win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-2.

Marion wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, an 8-7 victory against Central on the 19th. As for Johnson, they are taking a road trip to challenge University Charter at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. University Charter will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Johnson surely won't give up without a fight.
