Football Game Preview: Frederic Vikings vs. New Auburn Trojans

The Frederic Vikings will square off against the New Auburn Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Frederic knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 31 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully New Auburn likes a good challenge.

On Friday, Frederic blew past Prairie Farm, posting a 50-14 win. Considering the Vikings have won four matchups by more than 34 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, New Auburn took a blow against Clayton on Saturday, falling 46-14. The contest marked the Trojans' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Frederic's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for New Auburn, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-2.
