Mariner barely beat Cape Coral the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Mariner Tritons' pitcher stepped up to hand the Cape Coral Seahawks a 15-0 shutout on Thursday. The Tritons haven't had any issues with the Seahawks recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Not much got past Caleb Kiraly, who gave up just three hits to keep Cape Coral off the board. What's more, Kiraly posted four strikeouts, the most he's had since back in April of 2024.
