Basketball Game Preview: Hanford Bullpups vs. Dinuba Emperors

The Hanford Bullpups will face off against the Dinuba Emperors at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.

Last Tuesday, Hanford ended up a good deal behind San Joaquin Memorial and lost 65-51. The game marked the Bullpups' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, Dinuba came into Tuesday's matchup having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They were the clear victor by a 66-42 margin over Sanger West on Tuesday. The Emperors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 24 points or more this season.

Hanford's loss dropped their record down to 11-5. As for Dinuba, they now have a winning record of 8-7.

Hanford suffered a grim 57-34 defeat to Dinuba in their previous meeting back in January of 2024. Can Hanford avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
