Volleyball Recap: Verdugo Hills Comes Up Short

Verdugo Hills lost against Arleta back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Dons fell 3-1 to the Mustangs. The Dons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-15, 20-25, 25-13.

Verdugo Hills' loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Arleta, their win was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-1.

Looking ahead, Verdugo Hills will welcome Poly at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Arleta, they will take on Legacy in a tournament on Saturday.
