Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Magna Vista). They were the clear victor by a 67-44 margin over the George Washington Eagles on Tuesday. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' Virginia basketball rankings (they are ranked 102nd, while the Eagles are ranked 261st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Magna Vista is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.8 points per game. As for George Washington, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6.
