Football Recap: Cincinnati Gets the Win

The Cincinnati Eagles won a matchup that couldn't have been any closer, slipping by the Clark Montessori Cougars 15-14.

Jordan Jacobson was his usual excellent self, rushing for 211 yards and a pair of touchdowns while picking up 7.3 yards per carry. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 120.2 rushing yards per game.

Jacobson was just one part of a punishing run game: Cincinnati was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 245 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

Cincinnati now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Clark Montessori, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Coming up, Cincinnati will look to defend their home field on the 20th against Stivers School for the Arts at 7:00 p.m. As for Clark Montessori, they will head out on the road to square off against Hughes at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
