Worthington Kilbourne had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Big Walnut Golden Eagles as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on April 3rd.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-23, 25-23.

Jake Haslett paced Worthington Kilbourne's offense, picking up 13 kills. Haslett got some help from Alex Ishida and his 37 assists. Ishida was also solid from the service line: he led the team with two aces.

Worthington Kilbourne pushed their record up to 8-6 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Big Walnut, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-7.

Coming up, Worthington Kilbourne will be playing at home against Westerville North at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. The Warriors will roll in looking for their 11th straight win, something the Wolves surely won't give up without a fight. As for Big Walnut, they are taking a road trip to face off against Dublin Scioto at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Golden Eagles are facing the Irish at the right time seeing as the Irish are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
