Meanwhile, Clear Springs entered their tilt with Clear Brook on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Wolverines 57-21. That looming 57-21 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Chargers yet this season.
Clear Lake better keep an eye on Daran Bolden. He was instrumental in Clear Springs' win, rushing for 144 yards and one touchdown on only 13 carries. The team also got some help courtesy of Kody Rosas, who threw for 157 yards and a pair of TDs on only ten passes.
Clear Springs' defense made their presence known, laying out the QB four times. In that department, Kole Rosas was the leader with three sacks. Rosas is crushing it when it comes to sacks: he's posted at least one every time he's taken the field this season.
Clear Lake's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Clear Springs, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.
Everything came up roses for Clear Lake against Clear Springs in their previous meeting back in September of 2024, as the team secured a 64-7 win. In that matchup, the Falcons amassed a halftime lead of 37-7, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
