Bridgewater-Raritan has gone 8-2 against Watchung Hills Regional recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Panthers are taking a road trip to square off against the Warriors at 10:00 a.m. Bridgewater-Raritan will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
It was a proper cat-fight when Bridgewater-Raritan challenged North Hunterdon on Thursday. The Panthers came out on top against the Lions by a score of 5-1.

Jack Lanum tossed a big game, pitching six innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. What's more, he posted five strikeouts, the most he's had over his last six contests.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on JR Rosado, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. Those two runs gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Conner Price, who went 1-for-3 with one home run.
Meanwhile, Watchung Hills Regional gave up the first runs on Thursday, but they didn't let that get them down. They blew past Montgomery 9-3. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won six games by six runs or more so far this season.
Watchung Hills Regional also got a great performance from MAX EDER as he tossed 5.1 innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off three hits.
At the plate, STEFANO DiGERONIMO was excellent, going 3-for-5 with one triple, one stolen base, and one RBI. That triple was his first of the season. JACOB JACONSKI was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base.
Watchung Hills Regional was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .406. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .333 or higher in three consecutive matchups.
Bridgewater-Raritan's record now sits at 5-10. As for Watchung Hills Regional, their record is now 9-6.
Bridgewater-Raritan came out on top in a nail-biter against Watchung Hills Regional when the teams last played back in May of 2024, sneaking past 4-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
