Basketball Recap: Beaumont Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Beaumont entered their contest against Rancho Verde on Saturday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The matchup between the Cougars and the Mustangs didn't end well, with the Cougars falling 72-55. The Cougars were not able to make up for their loss to the Mustangs from their previous meeting back in December of 2024.

Beaumont's defeat dropped their record down to 6-2. As for Rancho Verde, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-1.

Looking ahead, Beaumont will take on Oak Hills at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Cougars will need to watch out since the Bulldogs have now posted at least 55 points in their last seven games. As for Rancho Verde, they have already played their next contest, a 71-67 win against Orange Lutheran on the 8th.
