Recap: Kings Mountain Mountaineers vs. Shelby Golden Lions

The Kings Mountain Mountaineers came tearing into Wednesday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against Shelby by a score of 68-59. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.

Kings Mountain found their leader in underclassman Bradley Floyd, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 12 rebounds. Floyd is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 17 or more in the last ten games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of J'myun Huskey, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and ten rebounds.
