Baseball Recap: Cypress Christian Takes a Loss

Cypress Christian fell victim to Silsbee and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 10-0 to the Silsbee Tigers. The game marked the first time this season in which the Warriors were not able to get on the board.

Cypress Christian now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Silsbee, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cypress Christian will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Cooper at 6:00 p.m. on March 6th. As for Silsbee, they will take on Woodville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
