Softball Recap: King & Queen Central Comes Up Short

Wednesday just wasn't the day for King & Queen Central's offense. They fell just short of the Lancaster Red Devils by a score of 1-0 on Wednesday. The Royal Tigers' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it nine in a row dating back to last season.

King & Queen Central's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Lancaster, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Coming up, King & Queen Central will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Colonial Beach at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lancaster, they will face off against Middlesex at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
