Volleyball Recap: Providence Victorious

Providence saw some tournament action on Friday. They came out on top against the Nordhoff Rangers by a score of 2-0.

While Providence might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Nordhoff scored at least 20 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-20.

Providence's win bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Nordhoff, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-11.

Providence wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Ventura on the 17th. As for Nordhoff, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Oxnard on the 17th.
