Lily Benson Game Report: @ Jemison

Lily Benson was a major factor in Chilton County's victory over Jemison on Monday. Benson scored three runs while going 3-for-3, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. Perhaps even more impressive was her lead-up to Monday's game, in which she outscored her previous point total for three consecutive games.

Coming up, Benson and Chilton County will be playing at home against Oak Mountain at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Chilton County has some work to do to even out the 1-7 series between these two since February of 2021, but a win here would be a good start.
