Basketball Recap: Copper Hills Has No Trouble Against Mountain Ridge

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Copper Hills had no problem doing just that on Monday. They enjoyed a cozy 46-32 win over the Mountain Ridge Sentinels. The victory continues a trend for the Grizzlies in their matchups with the Sentinels: they've now won six in a row.

Among those leading the charge was Aspen Fraser, who went 7-for-10 to rack up 17 points and seven rebounds. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in points. Skylie Barker was another key player, putting up ten points and six boards.

Copper Hills' win bumped their record up to 20-5. As for Mountain Ridge, their loss dropped their record down to 16-9.

Copper Hills has already played their next contest, a 50-38 victory against Bingham on the 26th. Mountain Ridge does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
