Basketball Recap: Lighthouse Baptist Academy Comes Up Short

Lighthouse Baptist Academy lost against South Baldwin Christian Academy back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Ambassadors were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 36-35 to the Knights.

South Baldwin Christian Academy found their leader in freshman Caroline Arthur, who shot 64% from the field en route to 19 points and five steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Arthur has scored at least a third of the Knights' points. Sophia Glenn was another key player, putting up eight points.

Lighthouse Baptist Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for South Baldwin Christian Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

Looking ahead, Lighthouse Baptist Academy will venture away from home to face off against Pensacola Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for South Baldwin Christian Academy, they will welcome Snook Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
