Softball Game Preview: Opp Bobcats vs. Satsuma Gators

The Opp Bobcats will challenge the Satsuma Gators at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Opp is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Monday. They blew past W.S. Neal 7-1. The Bobcats haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Crislyn Birge was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one triple. The team also got some help courtesy of McKenzie Henderson, who went 3-for-5 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

Opp hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as W.S. Neal struck out eight times.

Meanwhile, Satsuma owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Monday. They had just enough and edged out Straughn 2-0.

Satsuma's victory bumped their record up to 24-15-2. As for Opp, they now have a winning record of 20-19.
