Wooster entered their tilt with Tuslaw on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 57-49 victory over the Mustangs. Given the Generals' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 310th, while the Mustangs are ranked 644th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Wooster now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Tuslaw, they dropped their record down to 1-9 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home.

Wooster will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Lexington at 12:00 p.m. on January 3, 2026. Tuslaw and Canton Central Catholic will round out the year against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
