Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin typically has all the answers at home, but on Monday Covington proved too difficult a challenge. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Blue Devils. The victory was nothing new for the Trojans as they're now sitting on three straight.

While Covington won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-21.

Caydence Peaslee paced Covington's offense, picking up seven kills. Peaslee got some help from Gabby Lewis and her 17 assists. Finally, Peaslee was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high three blocks.

Covington's record is now 15-11. As for Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin, their loss ended a seven-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-4.

Covington wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Attica on the 2nd. As for Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Armstrong on the 30th.
