Roosevelt won the last time they faced Chino Hills and things went their way on Thursday too. The Mustangs came out on top against the Huskies by a score of 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mustangs.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-13, 23-25, 25-18.

Roosevelt's win bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Chino Hills, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season.

Roosevelt and Chino Hills should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings. The Mustangs will square off against Rancho Cucamonga at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday with a big rank advantage (49 vs. 384). Meanwhile, Chino Hills (ranked 129th) will meet Ontario Christian (ranked 413th) at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
