Soccer Recap: Winfield Takes a Loss

Winfield lost against St. Charles back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Warriors fell just short of the Pirates by a score of 2-1. Winfield have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Winfield suffered their first road defeat, dropping their record down to 3-2. As for St. Charles, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Coming up, Winfield will welcome Warrenton at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. Winfield is facing Warrenton at the right time seeing as Warrenton is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for St. Charles, they will head out to face off against Orchard Farm at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday.
