Basketball Game Preview: Mounds Golden Eagles vs. Hulbert Riders

The Mounds Golden Eagles will head out to challenge the Hulbert Riders at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Mounds will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Mounds is headed into the game having just posted their biggest win since January 3rd on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Porter with a sharp 52-30 victory.

Meanwhile, Hulbert blew past Haskell, posting a 63-25 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Riders.

Hulbert's victory bumped their record up to 9-11. As for Mounds, the win got them back to even at 10-10.

Mounds couldn't quite finish off Hulbert in their previous matchup back in January and fell 44-42. Can Mounds avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
