After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mount Pleasant, Gray Stone Day was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They blew past the South Davidson Wildcats 15-5. With that victory, the Knights brought their scoring average up to 7 runs per game.

The team relied heavily on Logan Moses, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 1-for-2. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. Anthony Decuir also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

The win got Gray Stone Day back to even at 2-2. As for South Davidson, this is the second loss in a row for them and also nudges their season record down to 2-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Gray Stone Day beat South Davidson by a score of 14-3 on Thursday.
