Harlandale lost to Jefferson back in August of 2019, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Indians walked away with a 2-0 win over the Mustangs. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Indians.

Mia Padron paced Harlandale's offense, picking up nine kills. Padron got some help from Jenna Sandoval and her 20 assists. Miyah Peterson controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Harlandale's victory bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Jefferson, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-13.

Looking ahead, Harlandale will square off against Winn at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Jefferson, they will challenge Pleasanton at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
