The Brahmans' pitching was especially stingy this week, allowing six hits and eight walks to lead the league in both categories. Furr has given up a mere 112 hits on the year in addition to compiling 133 strikeouts.
Javier Garcia is the leader in that category with 39 Ks on the season.
The Brahmans, the league leader in stolen bases this season with 100, added to their lead in that category with 13 more steals over the past week. Given the green light by manager Ronnie Fenton, Garcia has racked up 15 steals on his own this season for Furr.
