Football Recap: Jackson-Reed Falls Short Against Ranked Coolidge + How To Watch

Jackson-Reed faced Coolidge in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Tigers had to suffer through a 41-0 loss at the hands of the Colts. The Tigers lost against the Colts in their previous head to head back in October of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 22-13 score last time.

Coolidge's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Aleem Moore, who threw for 110 yards and three touchdowns on only nine passes. The dominant performance also gave Moore a new career-high in passer rating (148.1). Brandon Austin helped Moore out on the ground, rushing for 85 yards and one score on only nine carries.

Jackson-Reed's loss was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Coolidge, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-4.
