Football Game Preview: Hoosac Valley vs. Chicopee

Chicopee will challenge Hoosac Valley on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. Chicopee come in off of three low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the squad is obviously eager to reverse.

Things haven't been easy for Chicopee, and their matchup last Friday only extended their streak of losses to five. They have to be aching after a bruising 6-38 loss to Pittsfield last Friday.

As for Hoosac Valley, they had a rough outing against South Hadley two weeks ago, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. Hoosac Valley came out on top against Taconic by a score of 8-0.

Hoosac Valley's win lifted them to 2-2 while Chicopee's defeat dropped them down to 0-5. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
