Volleyball Game Preview: Atlantic Sharks vs. Deltona Wolves

The Atlantic Sharks will face off against the Deltona Wolves at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The timing is sure in Atlantic's favor as the squad sits on three straight wins at home while Deltona has been banged up by six consecutive losses on the road.

On Thursday, Atlantic didn't have quite enough to beat Flagler Palm Coast and fell 3-2.

Atlantic took Flagler Palm Coast into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking eight-point loss. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-13, 25-21, 17-25, 15-7.

Meanwhile, Deltona lost 3-0 to University on Thursday.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-11, 25-16.

Deltona's loss dropped their record down to 7-17. As for Atlantic, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-11.

Atlantic took their win against Deltona in their previous meeting on Monday by a conclusive 3-0 score. Do the Sharks have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Wolves turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
