Basketball Recap: Santa Fe Snaps Three-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Santa Fe lost against Cornersville back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Santa Fe Wildcats took a 47-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cornersville Bulldogs.

Santa Fe's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-13. As for Cornersville, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Santa Fe will challenge Richland at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Richland will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something Santa Fe surely won't give up without a fight. As for Cornersville, they will square off against Hampshire at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
