Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask San Dimas). They came out on top against the Baldwin Park Braves by a score of 38-28 on Thursday. The win continues a trend for the Saints in their matchups with the Braves: they've now won five in a row.

Baldwin Park's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Valentino May, who threw for 302 yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 35 yards. Jacory Coleman was another key player, picking up 44 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.

San Dimas now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Baldwin Park, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. San Dimas will welcome Alta Loma at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Braves' defense has only allowed 14.8 points per game this season, so the Saints' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Baldwin Park, they will host Diamond Ranch at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Braves will be up against the Panthers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 31.22 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
