Volleyball Recap: Liberty-Benton Finds Home Court Redemption Against Paulding

There's no place like home for Liberty-Benton, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They blew past the Paulding Panthers 3-0 on Thursday.

Liberty-Benton not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Paulding between 15 and 18 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-15, 25-18.

Among those leading the charge was Maddy Amstutz, who had 14 digs and three assists. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last eight games she's played.

Liberty-Benton's victory bumped their record up to 16-7. As for Paulding, their loss ended a five-match streak of away wins and brought them to 17-6.

Looking ahead, Liberty-Benton will be taking part in a tournament against Otsego at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Paulding does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
