Barlow is 8-2 against Clackamas since February of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Barlow Bruins will welcome the Clackamas Cavaliers at 7:15 p.m. Barlow knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 11 matches -- so hopefully Clackamas likes a good challenge.

Last Tuesday, Barlow didn't have too much breathing room in their game against David Douglas, but they still walked away with a 58-52 win. Given the Bruins' advantage in MaxPreps' Oregon basketball rankings (they are ranked first, while the Scots are ranked 127th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Clackamas was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 68-63 heartbreaker at the hands of Sandy. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Friday (58), the Cavaliers still had to take the loss.

Clackamas' defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Barlow, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-1.

Barlow strolled past Clackamas in their previous matchup back in February of 2024 by a score of 60-43. Will Barlow repeat their success, or does Clackamas have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
